How to Make a Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri Mocktail

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for approximately 1 minute, or until the mixture is smooth and free of any chunks.
  3. During blending, you may need to assist the process to prevent the mixture from freezing up. Use a tamper to push down the ingredients and stir them well while the blender is running.

Pro Tips For Making This Recipe

  1. Prepare these drinks just before serving for the best results. They don't hold up well if made ahead of time, so it's best to enjoy them immediately. Avoid refrigerating or freezing them.
  2. Fresh strawberries work best for this recipe, but if fresh ones aren't available, frozen strawberries can be used. Just be sure to thaw them beforehand and slightly reduce the amount of ice.
  3. When using the tamper during blending, don't hesitate to really get in there and assist the process. This step ensures a smooth consistency. If you have a high-powered blender, you may not need to use the tamper as much or at all.

It was way too hot today to be drinking alcohol, so these cocktails were perfect for our outdoor brunch! Very easy to mix up and super refreshing.
