- ½ c. shredded carrots
- 20 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained
- ½ tsp. curry powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- lettuce, for serving
