Frequently Asked Questions

What type of pepperoni should I use for this?

Any of the pepperoni from the refrigerator section of your grocery store will serve you well for this recipe. If you want it to be lighter, you can use turkey pepperoni. I recommend the smaller pepperoni for the purpose of dipping; if you have larger circumference pepperoni, simply chop them.

What type of cheese is used in this Pepperoni Pizza Dip?

The already dairy-filled base (cream cheese, sour cream) is topped with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese. I think fresh mozzarella cheese would be delicious, too -- but, it would change the texture, as it doesn't melt as well.

How long will this dip last in the refrigerator?

If you are lucky enough to have any leftovers, my Pepperoni Pizza Dip will keep well in the refrigerator for 2-4 days. Simply reheat and enjoy!
