  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

  • 1 c. BBQ sauce

  1. In a large bowl, toss the stew beef with mustard, brown sugar, liquid smoke, garlic salt, minced onion, steak seasoning, and smoked paprika.
  2. Place the stew beef in a 9x13 baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 1 ½ - 2 hours or until tender.
