Ham and Cheese Phyllo Cups Ingredients

  • 1 c. Smithfield Anytime Favorites Diced Ham
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 block of cream cheese, softened
  • Frozen phyllo cups
  • 1 tbsp. freeze-dried chives
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for cooking

How to Make Ham and Cheese Phyllo Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook Smithfield ham in olive oil until browned, roughly 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, freeze-dried chives, garlic powder, and ham. Evenly distribute into frozen phyllo cups and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!

  • Frozen phyllo cups I usually purchase 2 packs of 15
  • 1 tbsp. freeze-dried chives
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Cook Smithfield ham in olive oil until browned, roughly 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, freeze-dried chives, garlic powder, and ham. Evenly distribute into frozen phyllo cups and bake for 10-15 minutes.

    Can't find freeze dried chives.

      They are usually in the spice aisle close to the cinnamon, cumin, etc. Hope you find them -- I love them and they are so handy!
