Pro Tips For Making This Recipe

  1. For a moist and flavorful bread, use ripe bananas with brown speckles for maximum sweetness and flavor.
  2. To prevent the walnuts from sinking to the bottom of the bread, toss them in a tablespoon of flour before adding them to the batter.
  3. Don't over-mix the batter; stir until just combined to avoid a tough texture in the finished bread.

Sounds like a lot of oil, anything to substitute for maybe half of it

I've never tried it with this recipe, but many say that applesauce is a good 1:1 substitute!

The Pineapple made this bread especially moist. I love using Pineapple in cakes and breads, and this turned out so delicious. It's a nice tropical twist on a classic bread!
