Hey, y’all! Did you know today, March 14th, is #NationalPotatoChipDay? As such, I wanted to take a moment to share one of my favorite dips with y’all: my bacon and ranch crack dip. Why buy store-bought dips when something homemade is this easy and this delicious? I know y’all are going to love it!

Bacon and Ranch Crack Dip
JC’s note: My bacon and ranch crack dip is served best with your favorite potato chip; that said, if potato chips are not your thing, it pairs perfectly with an artisanal cracker or a freshly-baked baguette.

Bacon and Ranch Crack Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayo
1 oz. dry ranch seasoning packet
1 c. French Fried Onions
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1.5 c. sharp cheddar
8 slices of bacon, chopped
Green onions, for garnish
Directions:
- In a stand mixer, mix together sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, ranch seasoning packet, garlic powder, black pepper, and sharp cheddar. Mix until well-combined.
- Fold in the chopped bacon + french fried onions.
- Serve and enjoy!

How easy was that y’all? Be sure to let me know what y’all think after you try it.
Happy #NationalPotatoChipDay!
Y’all come back now, ya hear?
My best,
JC
