Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper; spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, oats, almonds, and baking soda. Add melted butter, brown sugar, and salt, stirring until the mixture is crumbly.
Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Mix together the strawberry jam and fresh strawberries. Spread evenly over the crust. Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture on top.
Bake until golden brown and bubbly, roughly 55 min – 1 hr. Let cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing. Slice and enjoy!

Press the crust firmly into the pan to ensure it holds together well after baking.
Line the parchment paper with an overhang on the sides for easy removal of the bars from the pan.
Let the bars cool completely before refrigerating to prevent condensation from making the crust soggy.
