- 8 oz. bleu cheese crumbles
- 1/2 block cream cheese
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 oz. chopped pecans
- Hot Honey to taste
In a stand mixer, mix bleu cheese crumbles, black pepper, chopped pecans, and 1 tbsp. hot honey until uniformly combined.
Remove bleu cheese mixture and place into cling wrap. Roll into the shape of a log. Cover with the other ounce of chopped pecans.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Drizzle the top liberally with hot honey and serve with crackers.
