Hey, y’all – Happy Day 19 of Blogmas! Blogmas is a series that I am bringing to the blog this year (and hopefully in subsequent years) that will provide y’all with a new recipe every day of December through Christmas. How fun is that? Today I’m excited to be sharing my recipe for a Pecan Bleu Cheese Log. If you love bleu cheese, this is the recipe for you -- it's sinfully good, y'all!

Pecan Bleu Cheese Log
FAQ
While you can use a name brand bleu cheese, I find that store-brand bleu cheese varieties are just as good. Depending on the price point (or if there is a sale), choose crumble or a bleu cheese hunk. I usually purchase crumbles, for ease, but buying a larger piece of bleu cheese could easily be more economical.
I think there are many great brands of hot honey, but Mike's Hot Honey is my favorite.
Serve with your favorite cracker of choice.
Absolutely not. You can mix this recipe with a hand mixer or with a spatula. If doing it manually, be sure that you do not stop mixing until all ingredients are completely mixed.
