White Karo Syrup

Rivulet Pecan Liqueur

Kosher Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a large bowl, combine pecans, egg, brown sugar, white Karo syrup, vanilla extract, Rivulet, and salt. Mix until well-combined.
Add in the melted butter and stir.
Divide even scoops of the pecan tassie filling into each phyllo cup.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
Notes
Use the pre-made phyllo cup shells -- they are delicious and so easy!
