Ingredients
  

  • Frozen Phyllo Cups/Shells
  • 1 c Pecans chopped
  • 1 egg
  • c. brown sugar
  • c. White Karo Syrup
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. Rivulet Pecan Liqueur
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • In a large bowl, combine pecans, egg, brown sugar, white Karo syrup, vanilla extract, Rivulet, and salt. Mix until well-combined.
  • Add in the melted butter and stir.
  • Divide even scoops of the pecan tassie filling into each phyllo cup.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!

Notes

Use the pre-made phyllo cup shells -- they are delicious and so easy!
