Equipment

  • cocktail shaker

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. heavy cream
  • 1 oz. Rivulet Pecan Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur such as Bailey's
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  • Place ice in a cocktail shaker.
  • Pour in Rivulet, vodka, Irish Cream Liqueur, and heavy cream. Shake well, though not overly.
  • Strain cocktail into a martini glass; top with cinnamon; and serve!

Notes

  • Do not over-shake, as significant dairy is involved.
  • Don't skip out on the cinnamon: this cocktail is mute in color. The cinnamon, while also adding to the already-robust flavor, adds visual interest.
  • If you are wanting this recipe to be less dairy-forward, substitute a dairy-free milk alternative for the heavy cream.
