- 2 oz. heavy cream
- 1 oz. Rivulet Pecan Liqueur
- 1 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur such as Bailey's
- 1 oz. vodka
- cinnamon for garnish
Place ice in a cocktail shaker.
Pour in Rivulet, vodka, Irish Cream Liqueur, and heavy cream. Shake well, though not overly.
Strain cocktail into a martini glass; top with cinnamon; and serve!
- Do not over-shake, as significant dairy is involved.
- Don't skip out on the cinnamon: this cocktail is mute in color. The cinnamon, while also adding to the already-robust flavor, adds visual interest.
- If you are wanting this recipe to be less dairy-forward, substitute a dairy-free milk alternative for the heavy cream.
