- 1 boz Jiffy yellow cake mix 9 oz.
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. chopped pecans toasted
- 1 c. orange slice candy chopped
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350F.
Stir together all ingredients until well—blended.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop even amounts of dough onto a parchment-paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are brown.
Allow the cookies to cool and enjoy!
