My delicious Hawaiian Mimosa Cocktail is made with pineapple juice, coconut rum, prosecco, and a splash of grenadine. So good!

- 4 oz. prosecco or champagne
- 1 ½ oz. coconut rum
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- grenadine a splash
- maraschino cherry or fresh pineapple for garnish optional
Pour pineapple juice, coconut rum, and prosecco into a champagne flute.
Slowly add a splash of grenadine.
Top with a slice of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
