My delicious Hawaiian Mimosa Cocktail is made with pineapple juice, coconut rum, prosecco, and a splash of grenadine. So good!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz. prosecco or champagne
  • 1 ½ oz. coconut rum
  • 2 oz. pineapple juice
  • grenadine a splash
  • maraschino cherry or fresh pineapple for garnish optional

  • Pour pineapple juice, coconut rum, and prosecco into a champagne flute.
  • Slowly add a splash of grenadine.
  • Top with a slice of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

  • Ensure the prosecco/champagne, pineapple juice, and coconut rum are well chilled before making the cocktail for a refreshing drink.
  • Pour the prosecco or champagne slowly to avoid excessive foam and maintain the bubbles.
  • Add the grenadine slowly and gently for a beautiful layered effect in the drink.
  • Place the champagne flute in the freezer for a few minutes before making the cocktail to keep it extra cold.
