Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish your Grapefruit Martini with a fresh slice of grapefruit.
Serve and enjoy!
- Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice makes a big difference in flavor. Avoid bottled juice if you can for the freshest, most vibrant taste.
- If you find the martini too tart, add a bit more simple syrup to taste. Start with ½ oz. and adjust as needed.
- For an extra-refreshing drink, chill your cocktail glass in the freezer for a few minutes before pouring in the martini.
- While a grapefruit slice is classic, you can also garnish with a twist of lemon peel or a sprig of fresh mint for a different look and flavor.
