In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
Make a well in the center and add the eggs, milk, and melted butter. Whisk just until the batter is smooth.
Lightly grease a skillet or griddle and heat over medium heat.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the hot skillet. Cook for 1–2 minutes, or until bubbles begin to form and the edges are set. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes, until cooked through.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
A griddle or cast-iron skillet gives the most even browning.
