- 8 oz. cream cheese room temperature
- ½ c. butter softened
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- ¾ c. confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- ¾ c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ c. finely-chopped pecans
- Graham crackers/Nilla wafers for dipping
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy.
Gradually add sugars, beating until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Place cream cheese mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap; shape into a ball.
Refrigerate for another hour (or more!).
Just before serving, remove the plastic wrap and roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans.
Serve with graham crackers or Nilla wafers.
- For easier mixing, ensure your cream cheese and butter are at room temperature before beginning.
- Refrigerate the mixture for a minimum of 2-4 hours to allow it to firm up for easier shaping.
