- 8 oz. cream cheese
- ¾ c. sour cream
- ¼ c. mayonnaise
- 8 slices bacon cooked and chopped
- 2 jalapeños finely diced
- 1.5 c. sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1.5 c. monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tbsp. black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Feel free to add additional seasonings to your liking.
Fold in the diced jalapeños and chopped bacon, reserving a little bit of each for topping.
Fold in 1 cup of each cheese, mixing well.
Pour this mixture into a small iron skillet or other baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheese, bacon, and jalapeños.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
