Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • ¾ c. sour cream
  • ¼ c. mayonnaise
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 jalapeños finely diced
  • 1.5 c. sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1.5 c. monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp. black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Feel free to add additional seasonings to your liking.
  • Fold in the diced jalapeños and chopped bacon, reserving a little bit of each for topping.
  • Fold in 1 cup of each cheese, mixing well.
  • Pour this mixture into a small iron skillet or other baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining cheese, bacon, and jalapeños.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly and the cheese is melted.

Notes

  • Remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapenos to control the dip's heat level.
  • Let the dip rest for a few minutes after baking to allow it to set before serving.
