Caramel Apple Stuffed Hawaiian Rolls are soft rolls filled with spiced apples and topped with caramel. A quick, delicious dessert everyone will love!

- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar divided
- 2 tsp. cinnamon divided
- 4 apples diced
- 2 tbsp. caramel sauce plus more for drizzling
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter with 1 tbsp. brown sugar and ½ tsp. cinnamon for about 30 seconds.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray and place the Hawaiian rolls inside.
Cut out the center of each roll, being careful not to cut through the bottom.Brush the rolls all over with the cinnamon butter.
Dice the apples and add them to a pot with the remaining cinnamon, brown sugar, and caramel sauce.
Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are softened and the sauce thickens.
Spoon the apple mixture into the center of each roll.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
Let the rolls cool slightly.
Fill a Ziploc bag with caramel sauce, snip off the corner, and drizzle over the rolls.
