Ingredients

  • 8 c. Good-Quality Sweet Tea
  • 1 c. Kentucky Bourbon
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • Ice
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • Mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Add sweet tea, the juice of 1 lemon, and Kentucky Bourbon to a large pitcher; stir well. Store in the refrigerator.
  • Pour Bourbon Sweet Tea over ice and top off the cocktail with fresh blackberries and blueberries. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint.
  • Sip and enjoy!

Notes

1. I designed this recipe to be a large-batch cocktail; it's perfect to serve at parties or in a pitcher while you are out enjoying the company of loved ones. That said, you can certainly scale it down if need be!
2. You can absolutely make your own sweet tea for this. In my family, in true deep-south fashion, we make sweet tea syrup. That said, if you plan to pre-purchase sweet tea, buy a nice quality one (such as Milo's). If you only have unsweetened tea in the house, I'd recommend using simple syrup and sweetening it to your taste preference.
