- ¼ c. smoked paprika
- ¼ c. paprika
- 2 tbsp. coarse sea salt
- 2 tbsp. black pepper
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth with no lumps.
Keep in an airtight container in a dry place at room temperature for up to 3 months.
- This is a great all around rub that can be used on just about anything going on the grill or in the smoker.
- Adjust the proportion of the two paprikas based on your preference for a smoky flavor.
