Ingredients
  

  • ¼ c. smoked paprika
  • ¼ c. paprika
  • 2 tbsp. coarse sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth with no lumps.
  • Keep in an airtight container in a dry place at room temperature for up to 3 months.

Notes

  • This is a great all around rub that can be used on just about anything going on the grill or in the smoker.
  • Adjust the proportion of the two paprikas based on your preference for a smoky flavor.
