For The Shortcakes

store-made shortcakes

Instructions
For The Whipped Cream
Add heavy whipping cream to the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.
Add powdered sugar + vanilla extract. Whip on high speed for 3-5 minutes.
Whip until the cream forms soft peaks, as pictured, when the whisk is raised.
To Construct Shortcakes
Add whipped cream + strawberries on top of shortcakes.
Garnish with mint, optional.
Serve immediately!
Notes
You can also use a large bowl + a hand mixer for this recipe; however, I prefer using a stand mixer.
