The Cape Codder Cocktail

Hey, y'all! It's 5 o'clock somewhere, right? I know many of y'all enjoy having a cocktail at day's end; I find that a cheery, bright cocktail is a very welcome addition to an afternoon. Agree? Well, my friends, I have the perfect cocktail recipe to share with you: The Cape Codder Cocktail, which is made with local-to-Louisville favorite Rivulet Pecan Liqueur.

RIvulet Pecan Liqueur

The Cape Codder Cocktail, Made With Rivulet Pecan Liqueur

About Rivulet:

Rivulet® Artisan Pecan Liqueur is handcrafted in Louisville, KY. Rivulet starts with a 2-year-old, barrel-aged California brandy.  They then use a proprietary process to obtain the exquisite pecan essence, which I know y'all will love. It's a deep flavor and mixes perfectly in a plethora of cocktails.

The Recipe

While there are many cocktail recipes available on their website (click here for more inspiration), the Cape Codder caught my eye due to its color and the incorporation of triple sec (my favorite).

Take my recommendation: mix one (or two!) and enjoy on your back porch.
