Ham and Cheese Crescent Braid

Hey, y'all! If you're looking for an easy - and delicious - party appetizer, look no further than my Ham and Cheese Crescent Braid. Packed with savory ham, gooey cheese, and wrapped in buttery crescent dough, this crowd-pleaser is sure to be successful at any gathering!

Ham and Cheese Crescent Braid Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent rolls
  • 1 ½ c. precooked or deli ham, chopped
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese
  • ¼ c. honey mustard, plus extra for dipping
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

How to Make Ham and Cheese Crescent Braid

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough sheet onto the parchment paper, and press the seams together.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped ham, cheese, and honey mustard. Stir to combine.
  5. Drop the ham and cheese mixture by large spoonfuls down the middle of the crescent sheet. Reserve about 2-3 tablespoon of the ham and cheese and set aside for topping.
  6. Use a pizza cutter to cut strips along each side of the dough. Braid the strips over the ham and cheese mixture. Top the braid with the ham and cheese you reserved earlier.
  7. Bake for 16-20 minutes, until the crescent dough is golden brown. Enjoy!
