While I love Rotel, I understand that not everyone does -- as such, I created this recipe with y'all in mind. This recipe could not be any easier; that said, it's immensely delicious and I know y'all will love it!

Cheesy Sausage Dip With No Rotel
This recipe can easily be doubled if you need more, so please keep that it mind. It pairs wonderful with Scoops, tortilla chips, and Wheat Thins!


Shopping List: Cheesy Sausage Dip
- hot breakfast sausage
- sharp cheddar cheese
- sour cream
- mayonnaise
- cream cheese
- vidalia onion
- garlic powder
- hot sauce
- chips, for dipping

How to Make Cheesy Sausage Dip
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage and diced onion. Break the sausage into small pieces and cook until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
- In a bowl, combine the sausage, onion, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic powder. Add to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with chips and enjoy!

- 1 lb. breakfast sausage hot
- 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ c. sour cream
- ½ c. Duke's mayonnaise
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- ½ vidalia onion finely diced
- garlic powder to taste
- hot sauce to taste
- chips for dipping
