Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage I prefer to use hot sausage, but you can use mild if you'd like
  • 12 oz. pimento cheese I use Palmetto
  • 1.5 c. Bisquick
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 10 dashes hot sauce I recommend Cholula
  • 1.5 tbsp. minced onion

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • In a stand mixer, mix all ingredients together until uniformly combined.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form the sausage mixture into balls of the same size. I think it's best to use a small ice cream scoop to ensure consistency (and it's easier!).
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the sausage balls have reached your desired level of brownness.
  • Enjoy!
