- 3 oz. Sprite or any other lemon-lime soda
- 3 oz. Raspberry Lemonade
- 3-4 fresh raspberries plus extra for garnish
- Fresh lemon wheels for garnish
- Fresh mint for garnish
To a sturdy glass, add fresh raspberries and muddle.
Add ice, then add raspberry lemonade, and Sprite.
Stir well to chill.
For serving, fill a glass with fresh ice, and pour the mixture, strained, over the ice.
Garnish with fresh raspberries, lemons, and mint.
- If you cannot find raspberry lemonade at the store, you can also make your own by combining lemonade with raspberry syrup or pureed raspberries.
- Muddling the fresh raspberries gently releases their juices and adds a wonderful raspberry flavor to the mocktail.
- Chill your glasses before serving to keep the mocktail refreshingly cold.
