Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Sprite or any other lemon-lime soda
  • 3 oz. Raspberry Lemonade
  • 3-4 fresh raspberries plus extra for garnish
  • Fresh lemon wheels for garnish
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  • To a sturdy glass, add fresh raspberries and muddle.
  • Add ice, then add raspberry lemonade, and Sprite.
  • Stir well to chill.
  • For serving, fill a glass with fresh ice, and pour the mixture, strained, over the ice.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries, lemons, and mint.

Notes

  • If you cannot find raspberry lemonade at the store, you can also make your own by combining lemonade with raspberry syrup or pureed raspberries.
  • Muddling the fresh raspberries gently releases their juices and adds a wonderful raspberry flavor to the mocktail.
  • Chill your glasses before serving to keep the mocktail refreshingly cold.
