Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cranberry juice
  • 3 oz. champagne
  • ½ oz. orange liqueur like Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  • Make sure your cranberry juice, champagne, and orange liqueur are nice and cold as this drink’s best served crisp and refreshing.
  • In a champagne flute, pour in the cranberry juice, champagne, and orange liqueur. No need to stir, just let the bubbles do their thing.
  • Drop in a few fresh cranberries and add a sprig of rosemary for that festive flair. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use 100% cranberry juice if you like it tart, or cranberry cocktail for a sweeter sip.
  • Chill your glassware for an extra refreshing experience.
  • Swap champagne for prosecco if you want a slightly sweeter version.
  • Make a pitcher for parties, just multiply the ingredients and mix in a carafe (add the bubbles last!).
