Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and slice each sheet into strips.
Spread a small amount of marinara sauce on each strip.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the sauce, followed by a few slices of pepperoni.
Lightly sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Carefully roll each strip of puff pastry from one end to the other, creating individual pizza rolls.
Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Allow the pizza rolls to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping if desired!
Notes
Don’t overfill the rolls so the sauce and cheese stay in place during baking.
Let the puff pastry thaw fully since cold pastry tends to crack when rolled.
Cut the pastry before filling to help keep everything neat and prevent the sauce from squeezing out.
Customize the toppings with sausage, olives, peppers, or any favorite pizza additions.
Serve warm for the best flavor, ideally with extra marinara on the side for dipping.
