Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe peaches thinly sliced
  • 1 roma tomato halved and thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese halved and thinly sliced
  • ¼ c. fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the peach slices, tomato slices, and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving platter.
  • Tuck the fresh basil leaves between the slices.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For the best flavor, make sure to use ripe, juicy peaches. They should be slightly soft to the touch but not mushy.
  • For a fancier presentation, arrange the slices in a circular pattern or fan them out on the plate.
  • Add the salt and pepper right before serving to keep the peaches and tomatoes from releasing too much juice.
