This Peach Caprese Salad is a refreshing summer salad with sweet peaches, tomatoes, and mozzarella, and balsamic glaze.

- 2 ripe peaches thinly sliced
- 1 roma tomato halved and thinly sliced
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese halved and thinly sliced
- ¼ c. fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp. balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Arrange the peach slices, tomato slices, and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving platter.
Tuck the fresh basil leaves between the slices.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
