If preparing your own chicken, cook via your desired method: boiling, in the oven, or stovetop. Dice chicken once cooled.
Add chicken to a large mixing bowl. To the bowl, add mayonnaise, red onion, celery, green onion, lime juice, raisins, and curry powder. Mix until well-incorporated and refrigerate.
Prior to serving, stir in cashews. Enjoy!

As curry is the main seasoning, purchase a good quality curry powder.
If you do not want to make your own chicken, purchase a rotisserie and dice the white meat.
