Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together mashed bananas, eggs, neutral oil, sugar, and honey until well combined.
Add flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon to the same bowl. Stir until the batter is smooth and no lumps of flour remain.
In a small bowl, combine ½ cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon for the swirl.
Pour about half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle generously with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Add the remaining batter on top and sprinkle again with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Use a knife to gently swirl through the batter to create a marbled effect.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
