Take the Hawaiian rolls and completely slice down the middle, set the top buns off to the side and place the bottom buns in a baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 350°. In a small bowl add the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, cayenne and salt, mix together and spread all over the bottom buns.
Take the ham and fold each slice in half. Place them side by side all the way down the buns until you have no more ham left.
Top with the shredded chicken and add the Swiss cheese slices all over the top. Place the top buns back on.
In a small bowl add the butter, garlic, salt and parsley and microwave for 30 seconds or until the butter melts. Stir and then brush on top of the buns.
Cover with foil and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Bake uncovered for 5 additional minutes to achieve a golden top. Slice and serve!
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken. Saves time and adds extra flavor!
Want a little kick? Drizzle hot sauce over the chicken before adding the cheese.
Brush that butter generously. It’s what makes those tops golden and flavorful.
Make ahead for parties. Assemble, cover, and refrigerate. Bake when ready.
