  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage hot
  • 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Duke's mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 vidalia onion finely diced
  • garlic powder to taste
  • hot sauce to taste
  • chips for dipping


  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • In a large skillet, cook the sausage and diced onion. Break the sausage into small pieces and cook until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
  • In a bowl, combine the sausage, onion, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, hot sauce, and garlic powder. Add to a baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with chips and enjoy!
