Cheesy Sausage Dip (No Rotel!)
Looking for a creamy, cheesy sausage dip without rotel? Look no further than this recipe. It doesn't get easier - or more delicious!
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage hot
- 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. Duke's mayonnaise
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 vidalia onion finely diced
- garlic powder to taste
- hot sauce to taste
- chips for dipping
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a large skillet, cook the sausage and diced onion. Break the sausage into small pieces and cook until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
In a bowl, combine the sausage, onion, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, hot sauce, and garlic powder. Add to a baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with chips and enjoy!
