Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season shrimp with Old Bay (massage the seasoning into the shrimp).
Prepare all vegetables for roasting (slicing, chopping). Season with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Arrange shrimp + all vegetables on the baking sheet. It's best to arrange in one flat layer. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until ingredients have reached your desired level of doneness.
