  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts halved + chopped
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/8 c. Ale-8-One
  • 1.5 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 3 tbsp. honey I prefer to use hot honey
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • Black pepper to taste
  • EVOO

  • Heat extra virgin olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts (halved - or chopped if you prefer).
  • Cook Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes and then add in Ale-8-One and minced garlic. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  • Add in soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Cook until tender and/or the Brussels sprouts have reached your desired level of crispiness. JC's tip: right before my sprouts are done, I typically turn the heat up to high to rid of some of the liquid + increase the crispiness of the sprouts.
  • Top with honey (or hot honey) + serve warm!
  • Enjoy!
