Heat extra virgin olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts (halved - or chopped if you prefer).
Cook Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes and then add in Ale-8-One and minced garlic. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Add in soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Cook until tender and/or the Brussels sprouts have reached your desired level of crispiness. JC's tip: right before my sprouts are done, I typically turn the heat up to high to rid of some of the liquid + increase the crispiness of the sprouts.
