- 1 Store-Bought Graham Cracker Crust 9 in
- 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 5 Happy Egg Blue + Brown Heritage Breed Free Range Eggs™ yolks only
- 1/3 c. Key Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Lime Zest
- Limes for garnish
- Whipped Cream for garnish
Preheat oven to 375F.
Separate egg yolks from whites; beat yolks until smooth.
Combine egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest. Mix well.
Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
Bake for 15 minutes; afterwards, place in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Top with whipped cream and sliced limes, if desired.
