  • 1 Store-Bought Graham Cracker Crust 9 in
  • 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 5 Happy Egg Blue + Brown Heritage Breed Free Range Eggs™ yolks only
  • 1/3 c. Key Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Lime Zest
  • Limes for garnish
  • Whipped Cream for garnish


  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Separate egg yolks from whites; beat yolks until smooth.
  • Combine egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
  • Bake for 15 minutes; afterwards, place in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Top with whipped cream and sliced limes, if desired.
  • Enjoy!
