The Best Chunky Guacamole Recipe

- 4 Avocados ripe
- 1 Medium Tomato finely-diced
- 2/3 c. Red Onion finely-diced
- 1/8 c. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- 2 tbsp. Pickled Jalapeños diced
- Tabasco Sauce to taste (I use around 12 dashes)
- Kosher salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
Cut the avocados and remove the seed.
In a large bowl, combine avocado, diced tomato, diced red onion, fresh lime juice, minced garlic, diced pickled jalapeños, tabasco, salt, and pepper.
Using either two forks or a fork and knife, slice through the ingredients until they are chunky, yet well-combined.
Add more salt and pepper, to taste, if desired.
