  • 4 chicken breasts thinly-sliced
  • 1.25 c BBQ Sauce of choice of choice
  • 3 c sweet potatoes diced small
  • 3 c broccoli florets small to medium size
  • Dan-O's Seasoning liberally, to taste
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • In a large bowl, coat chicken breasts with BBQ Sauce and Dan-O's. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Toss sweet potatoes + broccoli in olive oil. Season with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  • Arrange chicken + vegetables onto a sheet pan in a single layer (chicken on one side, all of the broccoli together, and all of the sweet potatoes together).
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165F and the vegetables are fork tender. Baste chicken with more BBQ Sauce + Dan-O's mixture + flip vegetables half-way through baking.
