Marinade
- 1/4 c. Soy Sauce
- 1/4 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/8 c. Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Thyme
- 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
Add the steak to the marinade, ensuring that all pieces are fully covered and immersed.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, up to a maximum of 90 minutes.
Remove steaks from the marinade, place on the charcoal grill, and grill to your desired level of doneness.
