Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 fresh jalapeno peppers halved, seeds removed
  • 8 wedges light Laughing Cow cheese
  • 6-8 slices microwave bacon chopped
  • ¼ c. reduced fat cheddar cheese shredded
  • garlic powder to taste
  • onion powder to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cook bacon until crisp, allow to cool + chop.
  • Wash jalapeno peppers, slice down the middle, and remove seeds. Wear gloves during this step, be sure to not touch your eyes, and wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.
  • Combine chopped bacon, Laughing Cow cheese, reduced fat cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well-combined.
  • Spoon cheese mixture into jalapeno halves and cook for 15-20 minutes. Broil on high for 1 minute or until brown.
  • Enjoy!
