An Aperol Spritz is traditionally served as an aperitif in Northeast Italy; it consists of prosecco, Aperol, and soda water. Today I'm sharing my recipe for an Aperol Spritz with Schweppes!

  • 2 oz Schweppes Lemon Lime Sparkling Water Beverage
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 1 orange sliced, for garnish


  • Add ice to your glass of choice (typically a wine glass).
  • Pour in Aperol and Prosecco; top off with Schweppes.
  • Garnish with an orange; serve and enjoy!
