Hey, y'all! Pimento cheese is my all-time favorite snack -- and it's my most popular recipe here on the blog! I receive questions from time to time requesting vegetarian/vegan recipes and/or vegetarian/vegan alternatives to my recipes. While I do not adhere to those dietary restrictions, I am excited to share my vegan pimento cheese recipe with y'all today! A modern, vegan take on a southern classic... I hope y'all enjoy!
