Hey, y’all! Pimento cheese is my all-time favorite snack — and it’s my most popular recipe here on the blog! I receive questions from time to time requesting vegetarian/vegan recipes and/or vegetarian/vegan alternatives to my recipes. While I do not adhere to those dietary restrictions, I am excited to share my vegan pimento cheese recipe with y’all today! A modern, vegan take on a southern classic… I hope y’all enjoy!

Equipment

  • Stand mixer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Dairy-Free Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Dairy-Free Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 c. vegan mayo
  • 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard I use Grey Poupon, which is vegan
  • 1 jar pimentos
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together (I use my stand mixer) until well-combined and refrigerate. Serve on a croissant, with crackers, or on top of romaine lettuce!
