Ingredients
For The Whipped Cream
- 2 c Heavy Whipping Cream
- ⅓ c Powdered Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
For The Shortcakes
- 1 carton strawberries washed
- 1 package store-made shortcakes
- 1 bundle mint for garnish, optional
Instructions
For The Whipped Cream
- Add heavy whipping cream to the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.
- Add powdered sugar + vanilla extract. Whip on high speed for 3-5 minutes.
- Whip until the cream forms soft peaks, as pictured, when the whisk is raised.
To Construct Shortcakes
- Add whipped cream + strawberries on top of shortcakes.
- Garnish with mint, optional.
- Serve immediately!
