Enjoy A Drink At The Conservatory, Louisville's Longest Bar

Mar 23, 2021 · Modified: Apr 14, 2021 by JCP

Hey, y'all! It's no secret that bar culture is prominent both in the Commonwealth of Kentucky + singularly in the city of Louisville, Kentucky. I mean, we are the home of Kentucky Bourbon, after all -- what else would we expect? When planning your next outing, I highly recommend that y'all enjoy a drink at the Conservatory, Louisville's Longest Bar! Located at the historic Galt House Hotel, the drinks are wonderful + the atmosphere is unique to the city. I know y'all will love it!

Just like the rest of the property at the Galt House Hotel, the Conservatory is newly renovated and is absolutely gorgeous!

You'll find the Conservatory bar conveniently located in the walkway between the East and West Towers. Ample seating is both available at the city's longest bar + in the space itself -- it's huge!

The Experience

The bar at the Conservatory is fully-stocked -- from beer, to wine, to any cocktail you could want... they have it all.

  • Gin Martini
  • Old-Fashioned

While there, we enjoyed gin martinis + an old-fashioned (or two). These are two of our signature drinks; if I'm out, chances are that I am ordering a gin martini!

That said, apart from what we enjoyed, I took some photos of their vast array of liquor available; please note that this is only a fraction of what they have!

  • Grey Goose Vodka
  • Hendrick's Gin
  • Rabbit Hole
