Hey, y'all! Located just off of I65, you'll find Horse Cave, KY - one of my favorite communities in the entire Commonwealth of Kentucky. From Kentucky Down Under, to the Dutch Country Safari Park, to Hidden River Cave - there is an abundance of activities in Hart County! While visiting town, be sure to make dining plans at one of their local restaurants; on that note, I'm so excited to introduce y'all to Healthy-ish Bistro, the newest restaurant in Downtown Horse Cave.

This post is in partnership with Horse Cave/Hart County Tourist Commission. Thank you all for supporting those that make JCP Eats possible. All opinions expressed are my own.
Healthy-ish Bistro: Horse Cave, KY
Healthy-ish is located in Downtown Horse Cave, just across the street from internally-acclaimed Hidden River Cave. The food is delicious and healthy... ish! Isn't that fun? They offer flatbreads, salads, shakes, specialty drinks, and desserts.
Their menu rotates, as they source fresh ingredients; as such, be sure to keep up with their social media to see what they are serving!
What We Ordered
We ordered the three flatbreads that were on the menu the week that we dined; I'm already excited to go back to try some of the new offerings!
