Anoosh Bistro
Anoosh Bistro sits just off of Brownsboro Road and is near the intersection of Brownsboro and the Watterson Expressway. At Anoosh Bistro, diners enjoy upscale, high-end American fare; elevated takes on classic dishes; all while being served in a warm, welcoming environment. If wine is at the forefront of your mind, their collection is expansive and the staff is well-versed. The wine offerings join a full bar to complete a well-rounded dining experience.

Anoosh Bistro: The Food
Once you dine at Anoosh Bistro, you'll want to return regularly - the menu rotates, features seasonal fare, and they also offer nightly specials. At the table, enjoy offerings such as arancini, a Kentucky bibb salad, rack of lamb, and short ribs. As for what I ordered:
The first bite of the meal included a small taste of the short rib, which was tender and full of flavor.

The bread course at Anoosh Bistro is sinfully delicious, as it is served with a warm gorgonzola sauce. Y'all will love it!

The shrimp julep featured plump, perfectly-cooked shrimp with bourbon, white wine, mint, and Pappy Maple Syrup.

The crab cake featured lump crab meat and was served with asparagus, gribiche, and a crispy potato.

The special appetizer of the night was one of my all-time favorites: soft-shell crab.

If you love mushrooms, you'll adore the portobello caprese: grilled mushroom, fresh mozzarella, balsamic reduction, and a basil pesto.

The sea bass is also not to be missed. It features a seasonal vegetable, creamy polenta, and a roasted red pepper rouille.

If you're a steak lover, order the filet of beef, which is served with bordelaise sauce, potato gratin, asparagus, and baby carrots.

Oh, and save room for dessert! I had an impeccable lemon tart -- amazing!
