Hey, y’all! Happy Thursday! I hope y’all are having a fabulous week — but, even if you aren’t, I think that’s soon to change with my newest recipe: a creamy feta and honey dip! This is so flavorful, easy to make, and is sure-to-please both you + your loved ones. I’ll give you a warning, however: it’s addicting!

Serving The Creamy Feta + Honey Dip
I prefer to serve the dip with vegetables, my favorites of which are cucumbers, carrots, and celery. You could use the vegetable of your choice or even a tomato — that would fabulous, too. This dip is also great paired with a pita bread and/or an artisanal cracker.
I’m going to be honest, though… I could probably eat this dip with a spoon!

Creamy Feta and Honey Dip
Creamy Feta + Honey Dip
Ingredients:
8-10 oz. feta crumbles
1/2 c. mayonnaise (I recommend Duke’s)
1/2 block cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. honey (I prefer to use hot honey)
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Zest of 1 lemon
Kosher salt, one pinch
Garlic powder, to taste
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
How To Make The Creamy Feta and Honey Dip:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl or stand mixer; mix until well-combined. After tasting, add more kosher salt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and/or black pepper — to taste. If you want it to be a tad thinner, add another bit of evoo.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve with veggies, pita bread, crackers, or the accompaniment of your choosing. Top with extra honey.
- Enjoy!
