Hey, y’all – Happy Day 19 of Blogmas! Blogmas is a series that I am bringing to the blog this year (and hopefully in subsequent years) that will provide y’all with a new recipe every day of December through Christmas. How fun is that? Today I’m excited to be sharing my recipe for a Pecan Bleu Cheese Log. If you love bleu cheese, this is the recipe for you — it’s sinfully good, y’all!

- Remove bleu cheese mixture and place into cling wrap. Roll into the shape of a log. Cover with the other ounce of chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Drizzle the top liberally with hot honey and serve with crackers.

Y’all come back now, ya hear?
