How To Make The Best Southern Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie
1 Store-Bought Graham Cracker Crust (9 in)
14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
5 Happy Egg Blue + Brown Heritage Breed Free Range Eggs™ (yolks only)
1/3 c. Key Lime Juice
1 tbsp. Fresh Lime Zest
Limes, for garnish
Whipped Cream, for garnish
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Separate egg yolks from whites; beat yolks until smooth.
- Combine egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes; afterwards, allow pie to fully cool.
- Once cooled, top with whipped cream and sliced limes, if desired.
